About Guy
Guy has worked for the last 40 years in an area of healthcare that is both specific and contained. For one period, of going on ten years, Guy was employed by an international emergency humanitarian non-governmental organisation (NGO) ... This took him into many conflict zones around the world and areas of post-conflict reconstruction and rehabilition. Whilst the politics and struggles that defined the populations with whom he worked were part of the problem, at the same time their common humanity shone through.
Since retiring from international work Guy has focussed his writing and interests in the exploration of common humanity through the arts. Despite being bombarded with tabloid xenophobia it is apparent non-the-less that we are all of one singular group clinging onto an increasingly precarious world.
Guy lives in London and endeavours to explore this passion by introducing doctors and artists of varied backgrounds to engage and share their worldly experiences for the Omnipresent Ear.
